Cooperation between pre-education staff with modern families

Abstract

The article describes the problem of organizing interaction between the kindergarten and the family. The basic normative legal documents in which the idea of the interconnection of social and family education was reflected. Recent research and publications on the interaction of modern families and kindergartens have been analyzed. The concept of «interaction» and the main features of interaction are revealed. The conditions of effective work of the kindergarten with parents are listed. The main aspects (objective and subjective; pragmatic, social, educational-psychological, pedagogical) and directions of organization of interaction of kindergarten with parents are determined.

The article covers various forms of interaction of specialists of preschool education institutions with families of pupils (individual, group, collective, visual-informational), as well as informational-analytical, visual-informative, cognitive, leisure. The main purpose of introducing this or that form of interaction is determined. The criteria by which the influence of kindergarten on the development of the pedagogical culture of parents will be effective. The directions of pedagogical education of parents in interaction are distinguished.
