Formation of social activity of juvenile offenders in the conditions of juvenil probation
The article reveals the theoretical principles of social-pedagogical education of adolescents in conflict with the law in the conditions of work of juvenile probation. The author reveals the essence of pedagogical influence on the change of criminal thinking and clarifies the essence of the concepts of «juvenile probation», «socio-educational work», «crime-causing factors», «conflict with the law», defines the purpose, objectives, principles, specifics of socio-pedagogical the influence and upbringing of adolescent children, the means of educational influence are described. It was determined that probation for juveniles (from 14 to 18 years old) is carried out taking into account age and psychological characteristics of minors. First of all, the probation system for juveniles is aimed at ensuring their normal physical and mental development, preventing aggressive behavior, motivating positive personality changes and improving social relations. The author emphasizes that probation for minors is carried out by the authorized body in conjunction with the bodies and services for children, special institutions and institutions that carry out their social protection and prevention of offenses. The materials of the article also indicate that work on the resocialization of minors exempted from serving sentences with the test is complicated by the fact that they remain in the same microenvironment, where their illegal behavior was formed.
