Сriteria, indicators, levels of creative qualities of future educators of preschool establishments

Abstract

The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the development of criteria and indicators of the creative qualities of future preschool educators. It is revealed that one of the main tasks of the modern education system is its transition to creative, problematic methods of education and upbringing, which ensure the formation of creative personality. It is substantiated that the methodological paradigm in any sphere of human activity should be the focus on creativity, ie harmonious development of the child, the formation of a responsible educator, able to work constructively and effectively in problematic, non-standard pedagogical situations. The analysis made it possible to determine the criteria, indicators and levels of creativity of future preschool educators. To diagnose the levels of creative qualities of future preschool educators we have developed a cognitive, emotional, motivational and activity-creative criterion. At the same time, three levels of formation of the creative qualities of future preschool educators were highlighted. The method of diagnostics of the levels of creative qualities of students of pedagogical institutions of higher education studying in the specialty 012 Preschool education is developed.
